Notes/Trivia:
-At the casting, the crew only needed to find eight girls for the extra work. There was a line out the door when Norma and Athole arrived. By the time position six had been filled, there was still a huge wait ahead of Norma. She began to purposely cough to catch the attention of the casting director, who gave her and Athole the positions right on the spot.
-Banned in several states for its sexual innuendos.
