Unfortunately, Norma Shearer never graced the Television screen –she was much too paranoid about her appearance. However, this page is dedicated to the films of Norma Shearer which will be airing on Turner Classic Movies within the next several months. Unfortunately (again), as Turner Classic Movies goes mainstream, the Shearer Schedule is vastly drying up. And yes, TCM is the only place where one can see a Shearer film.
But there is something you can do. Click here to arrive at the ‘Suggest a Film’ page, where you can type in any film of Norma’s you’d like to see, or even try requesting an all-day marathon. The more Shearer films requested, the more it is likely her TV listing will be revived.
