Norma Shearer Photo Gallery
Too much has been written about Norma’s physical faults and fussiness about lighting. Arranged in chronological order, the gallery highlights Norma from her Canadian childhood, up to her reign as Queen Norma Shearer: First Lady of the Screen, and ends with her public demise. Unfortunately, photos after Norma’s movie career are extremely rare, and hard to find. While I look for more pictures to include here, enjoy what is on the site.

There aren’t a whole lot of pictures here, but I’m still working on it. Since, in the Norma Shearer world, there are no problems between webmasters, I suggest you also view Norma’s gallery on Divas: The Site. The gallery has been in progress for years, so check it out for hundreds of Norma photos (after at least viewing this one first!).
The Internet has made the copying of images easier than ever. Most people on a daily basis copy images they like from other sites, or maybe even the old fashion way; from books. The images on this site can mostly be found at public libraries and other websites, where anyone can access them.
